Welcome...
My background is from the design world and I have a creative approach to working with clients, tapping into new ways of working that are specific and flexible to the needs of each person I work with. I champion the resilience and self-reliance that understanding one’s own neurodiversity can bring an individual, and have seen many clients find a new sense of purpose by being able to embrace fully who they are, rather than being defined by a label. Being neurodiverse is not about being 'faulty' or 'broken' as a person; we just work in a different way.
My own neurodiversity has allowed me to thrive because of the way my brain works, not in spite of it. I have coached over 4500 hours of sessions working with conditions ranging from Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, ADHD and Autism to Fibromyalgia, Anxiety and Depression.
I am also keen to support women who are peri and post menopausal in giving them strategies and a space to be heard at a time of both physical and mental upheaval.
A few of the organisations that I have worked with over the years in my role as an associate with Genius Within, No Drama Llamas and Posturite have included companies such as Deloittes, the civil service, House of Commons, EY, PWC, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Barclays, NHS and Universal Music Group.

Testimonials from Previous Clients
"When Access to Work asked me if I would like to have Strategy Coaching, I hadn't the slightest idea what an impact this would make on my life. I have ME/CFS and for years, I have self-managed my disability driven by the need to work and to maintain some independence. I learned to mask my symptoms and embarked on the holistic route, armed with 'tools' from the Pain Management workshop, to which I added some of my own.
Following my diagnosis, I felt I lost a piece of my old self that I'd never get back. The Strategies Coaching is helping me see a 'road map' of where I'm going, minimising my uncertainties on what the future holds.
It wasn't just about the coaching but more on WHO I was tasked with. I cannot thank Emma Wee enough - you have given me a rare gift, a turning point in my development both professionally and personally. Armed with the new strategies you have taught me; I know I can pick myself up after every stumble and continue to move forward. That, is the key."
Lucy ( Swansea Carers Trust)
I have been working with Emma Wee over the last few months and I have found her to be an exceptional coach. Her energy, enthusiasm and creativity have really helped me engage with the sessions; I definitely feel that I am better at managing my dyslexia thanks to her input.
Emma has a high level of emotional intelligence and she used this to tailor her sessions around my personality. I always felt engaged with the work we did. I am sure this is why we were able to cover such a range of topics and areas.
Emma has a very creative and synesthetic approach to learning. This meant that she could come up with innovative coaching strategies to support my dyslexia, all of which were tailored to my particular strengths.
Thank you again, Emma. I am very grateful to you; your support has improved my working life a great deal and given me much more confidence in my abilities.

"Emma Wee is an incredible, innovative and perceptive coach. The sessions have made an immense difference to my confidence, understanding of my "spiky" profile and ability to self-advocate. The group session had a big impact on my team too.."
Jenny (Homes England)
She was great at challenging the negative perspectives I have on my Autism and giving more “tools” to help me with the challenges I face. She is a very skilled practitioner, who guides you gently through sessions to get you to feel more confident. I would highly recommend her to anyone”
Sam (Ministry Of Defence)
"Several of my colleagues who attended the course told me it was an amazing course, full of interesting facts and information; the trainer was very knowledgable on the subjects covered and the information they learned will help them in their professional and work life.. Finally they also said the course should be rolled out to all people managers in the company. "
Darren (London Fire Brigade)
I cannot explain how much my sessions with Emma have helped me in my professional career and family life. Emma has helped me understand why my brain works the way it does and has helped me accept that its ok to have my conditions and given me amazing strategies. Emma has been such an amazing help throughout all of this. It's been life changing to understand my condition and I can’t thank her enough.
Jessica ( The Every Group)
Just wanted to send a quick message to say thank you for the session yesterday, it resonated much more than I thought it would (maybe something I need to explore more). I really enjoyed how the session flowed and the engagement, it was great.
Steve (Homes England)
“The neurological (coping strategy coaching with Emma Wee) was immensely beneficial because it gave me a clearer view of what was happening, rather than being a passenger in my body, i.e. being reactive. It allowed me to be proactive rather than reactive in my own body. The strategy was more beneficial for me than counselling. I do not like constantly hearing my own voice talking. Coaching gave me a better understanding of myself and of how I think”.

Dear Emma,
Thank you for your time today, and I’d just like to say this has been one of the most helpful and enlightening coaching sessions I’ve ever had. The science aspect was fascinating and I found myself constantly relating to every slide and talking point, and more importantly the framework for clean feedback is going to be so helpful for me to support my team. I think this kind of coaching is under utilised and I’ll absolutely recommend it to everyone who I think could benefit from it. I’d also like to say you have such a great manner of speaking and asking questions that really made me feel at ease. I’m looking forward to our next session!
Cherie ( Barclays)
Thank you for your time over the last couple days, where we have been talking about the after effects of the Menopause.
I have found these sessions to be so helpful, and it really made me think about that time and understand the feelings I had were absolutely natural.
Being able to speak through the strategy programmes you have in place was brilliant, will be using these going forward in both my work and homelife. It would have been so helpful to me a few years ago when the change in my body started as I know I would have benefitted !
Thanks again for an inspiring few days.

What can Percaya Consulting do for you?

Individual coaching and mentoring
Being able to understand how your brain works then allows you to identify patterns of behaviour and put things into context. You can discover a wealth of strategies and tools to help improve communication skills, time management, organisation and above all, wellbeing.
These sessions will help you understand and embrace your strengths, become your own best advocate and start to see the benefits of knowing what you need to be working at your best.
Difficult times need not define you - as one client said to me after getting his dream job; " I realised that they weren't simply looking for someone to fill the job - they were looking for me."
Awareness Training for Teams and Managers.
More and more companies are realising that reasonable adjustments are a good idea, but often find themselves not knowing what is too much or what is too little. It can be confusing for HR and panels alike.
This team training session gives an overview of neurodiversity (either in general terms or with regards to a specific condition) and a set of tailored solutions for the organisation to move forward with.
For example - understanding how to manage sensory stimuli, appropriate language and onboarding for employees with Autism can make an interview process work well for both sides.

Neurodiversity health check
Just how accommodating of different working styles is your company? This process closely examines your company's working practices, onboarding systems and even the recruitment portals that are used. Is your company missing out on the talents of the neurodiverse population simply because there are too many online forms or clunky formatting choices?
Many managers and companies worry about the extent of reasonable adjustments, fearing that it will lead to an unsustainable level of costs, time and planning. Part of this reflection process can be key to not only identifying areas of need, but also key resources that are already available to the organisation and how to utilise them to support your working cohort.
